Apple Pay doesn’t work on site, should fix that. Specs for equipment and only one photo isn’t ideal for marketing, improve that. Maybe even do a little video on everything you sell. People love to watch videos. Hire me as a marketing strategist/consultant.

I would never order again from camping world another product. I requested to have it shipped to the store so I could save the shipping cost and pick it up myself. They said that wasn’t possible yet. They have it shipped to the store and have a DoorDash or drop it off in front of my gate in a little plastic bag with no shipping box and my item was opened in the box so I don’t know if it was opened by the DoorDash or if it was opened by neighbors in the campground am absolutely disgusted that I had to pay over $11 for shipping. What a waste of money when you call customer service they could care less when you call the store. The store says I have no idea who delivered it I call customer service back. They say we shipped it to the store in the store. Had a DoorDash deliver it so the store has no clue what’s going on. Customer service is just absolutely no help whatsoever and I was never or offered a refund on my shipping which should’ve been the least of what they could’ve done. There was absolutely no tracking information ever sent to my email. I had no idea that it was being sent to the store and then delivered by a DoorDash or I could’ve easily picked it up when I’m only 3 miles from the store.
