I placed my first order last week, gave me a 10% discount code, I couldnt even use. just received my product, damaged had to call customer service to get another one, but I wont receive in time, so I had to call again to cancel the replacement. and now I have to drive to store site to return the damaged box. I just now placed another order, (still waiting for my refund) for a store pick because I don't want to receive another damaged item

l order a rv microwave that came in about 5 days. It showed up with the outside box beat up. l then open it up and the microwave was dented up on the back corner and the front door. l also found a piece of the outside box sitting inside on the bottom of the box under the microwave. So that would tell me they sent the microwave to me broken. l also order the vent trim kit that they said it is on back order. l did take the microwave back to the Camping World store for a refund. I am still waiting for the vent trim kit.

My original order was a Furrion rear camera, it arrived a day late due to a shipping delay. After I installed the camera would not connect to the display without adding a 7 pin adapter to boost the voltage. Apparently this is common for GM vehicles, this would have been good to know before I ordered the camera. I would expect Camping World to know this and share with your customers up front.

Ordered a part online on Monday 7/27/26 website said pick up at Fife location in two days. Three days go by and I havnt heard from anyone. So I called Thursday 7/30/26 and am told they don't have my order in their system. I need to call customer care people. Call customer care and am told that the part in Fifes inventory. They would refund my money and have the manager put the part on hold for me. I wait for my refund and call them today.8-6-26 to confirm my part is there. Am told by David that they have the part on hold but no idea for who?! I tell him its on hold for me. I gave him the part number the price and price with tax. I come down to pick it up and they cant find it anywhere and don't know why. Stella said they would need to reorder it and it wont be available for pick up until Monday 8/10/26 MF'ers! I ordered this Sh!t on the 27th cause I am leaving for a trip tomorrow the 7th! Like what the hell am I supposed to do?!? I ask Stella, well sense I wont have my part until after my trip and I ordered this 10 days ago. Can I get a inconvenience discount for all my troubles? She said "Well I don't know why we would do that?" Like MF'er I ordered this Sh!t over 10 days ago! Your online ordering system sucks! No-one answerers your phones and I sped the time to come down there to pick something up that is not there! SDB!

I called support for parts and service for help with my online order. I was transferred from the "online help" because the guy didn't know how to look up the item I need. He transferred me over to the nearest physical store (Marysville, WA). A very nice lady called me back and was extremely helpful and offered great advice!! She relieved my concerns and confirmed the part number to place my order online. Great customer service!! (The "online" customer service is a joke. Obviously, people answering THAT phone do not actually work AT Camping World. He knew NOTHING about the parts or even how to look them up. What's the point of "online" help?? Your "local" Marysville, WA employee SAVED THE DAY!!
