The site was good and easy to navigate. I would have liked to see better descriptions and specs of the items. The checkout was good but I got several errors when I tried to pay with PayPal and Apple Pay. I ultimately had to enter my credit card information. Good overall experience though.

Bought Onan 4500idf generator with electric start on 7/21/26. Picked up from Camping World Katy, TX. Battery is bad and will not start the unit. It has never been started. Called both the main customer service line and local Katy store and asked to get either replacement generator or battery and was told it is non-returnable. So I suppose that it should have been started by Camping World to demonstrate that it was not defective? Very unhappy with lack of service or even to offer a solution other than order a battery replacement which I have to pay for. Not sure I will continue to do business with Camping World.

I had to reenter billing address twice, which is programmed in my phone. It send the billing address was incorrect. I am not at my home, but in an rv. That was a minor annoyance. Also, the product price was $20 more than what the website said. It had a price drop of $20 on the site, but charged full price.

I actually called and talked to a woman in the service and parts department in Swedesboro, New Jersey, and she was amazingly helpful with my air conditioner and guided me to exactly what I needed. I ended up ordering online and picking up soon.

Easy to identify and find the item that I needed and the price was fine until I added what I consider to be exorbitant shipping for such a small item. Still a good experience overall, very simplistic and easy to navigate and complete the sale. I would prefer more reasonable shipping rates. If I spent an additional $30 I could have everything shipped for free but I don't need anything additional I would prefer that break point to be reduced to $50.

We have not always had the best of experiences with Camping World. While have had no problems with this transaction, when we bought the RV, (a $55,000 transaction0, we got no coverage for a frozen ele3ctrai tongue jack. We lost a family weekend and $633.00 to pay to have someone else come out to repair/replace the faulty jack on a brand new RV. Still have a bitter taste in our mouths from that exchange or lack there of.

Easy to navigate to find what I wanted and to look for Deals. I did take an item off because it was shipped direct from the supplier and that cost almost as much as the item. Will buy local. I like the "free shipping" feature - it always causes me to search the deals section for things I wasn't looking for it make the limit. Good way to get some fun items.
