very expensive; didn't fit my original water heater location; had to trim in the gaps; didn't include an access door even though the picture showed a door; ordered separate door advertised to cover the trimmed in hole but it did not. Very disappointed.

Overpriced 2day shipping and you never receive it in that time span. Just because a label is printed doesn't mean it shipped. False information on the 2 day shipping and charging way to much for something that isn't being done.
