Placed order, received confirmation right away. Then nothing. Order said it was processing and would be ready within 24 hours. 24 went by and no update. Then 2 days, then 3 days. I called customer support, the 800 number and they could not help. They didn't see the order status and said I had to call the store. What help is the help line if they can not see the status to help? Called the store, waited on hold for 10 mins then the lady got on the help. She put me back in hold to wait for her system to boot up. Shouldn't the system be booted up if the store has been open for 2 hours already? The lady finally got back to me and stated the relief was ready, and it was ready Saturday. She made me feel like I was an idiot for not already knowing that. Then I drove to the store. Ariived and the first guy was on the store phone helping someone. I noticed the parts desk so I walked over there. The lady was on her cell phone and didn't even look up to acknowledge I was there. When she was done with her round of whatever game she was playing, she looked up surprised someone was waiting there. Her area was very disorganized so when she found the part I got out of there. Not a good experence from any side. Corporate help was not a help and store support was unsupportive. I would say it is a systemic issue from the top down in the company based on this experence.
