After I ordered the item I realized the delivery date was too late as we were traveling before the piece would arrive. I imediately found the item from a different vendor arriving in time so I placed that order and contacted your customeer service to cancel the order I had just placed. I was told that you had just closed for the day but I would receive a call back the next day. The call arrived while I was occupied, and when I called back about an hour later I was again told you were closed and I would be contacted the next day. Then I had two days of communication with auto-bots offering to connect me to the right department, which never happened. In each communication I specifically stated that I wanted to cancel the order I had JUST placed, but apparently the information you provide to the bot goes no where. Then I left on my trip and was out of communication. I am now left with the item with no use for it. I would still like to return it, but I want to be reimbursed for not only the tiny item, but the shipping both ways. The nearest Camping Wrold Store is 45 miles away. Please surprise me and admit to this total breakdown in your customer service in this case, and refund my purchase. I would be very grateful.
