I was able to order the product I wanted; however, the shipping was a nightmare. I ordered the item shipped by "LTL Freight" according to the site. I know LTL will deliver to my cabin. The actual freight company called on Friday and said they didn't deliver to my cabin. They said they'd deliver to my primary residence and I gave them the address and gate code. Sunday, I received a voice mail saying they were an hour out. Shipment didn't come. Called Monday morning and found out from the shipper that they left my $2000 new appliance on the SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY near the gate to the cabin. I do not own a truck. I had to have my best friend's husband come pick me and my husband up, drive 40 minutes away and thankfully, it was still there. I cannot believe the shipper left it on the side of the road when it was a signature required item. Thankfully, customer support said they'd replace it if it was gone. We followed up and advised we found it and moved the 250 pound appliance.
