Bought a very expensive Honda Outboard Motor that was shipped via FedEx. I didn't notice or sign for damage. When I took it out of the box the handle and housing area were broken and needs to be replaced. I reached out to Camping World for assistance and possible claim/replacement. There answer was I have to contact Honda, this is a special item. I contacted Honda and they told me I have to contact the merchant where I bought them. I tried again, and they went to a supervisor and they said I am out of luck, it is in their policies and I had to talk to Honda. Tried Honda again and got nowhere. They said I had to go to an authorized Honda dealer and pay to get it fixed. So I buy this product from Camping world and was never able to get it in the water or even fill with gas to test. Terrible service from Camping World and Honda. I own a small company and ship all the time and definitely would have reached out to the shipping carrier and put in a claim.
