I purchased the incorrect power cord. It was available at my local store but I paid for it online and then went into the store to pick them up. Pickup was seamless and staff was helpful. I discovered my mistake which was my fault. I went back to the store to exchange it and get a refund for the difference. 50amp vs 30 amp cord. The Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but because I had purchased online the return was difficult, management needed to be called. Once we figured out the refund they told me I could get a check mailed or I could take store credit. Something about online purchases not storing credit card data, prevents the refund from going back to the credit card. That makes sense to me, sort of. Overall I'm satisfied with the experience and the staff was great. But the return process was clunky and the refund being only store credit or a check in the mail also felt clunky. Now I have a $70 gift card to camping world so I'll be back. But I won't be using the online store pickup feature , I'll just go in and buy it off the shelf. I also went to dump my camper as I had been using it but the dump pit thing was full. So I paid $20 to dump at the RV Park down the road.
