I ordered this fridge about a month ago. And was very disappointed in the transaction. It was supposed to be ready in 24 hours for pickup from my nearest CW. I had to call as I was never notified that it was ready. Handle was broke and they had to order a replacement. I asked for a discount as this should now be a clearance item, I was denied this request. CW cancelled my order a few days later without asking me.
I am now reordering the fridge, and I assume it is the same fridge. This should be discounted as if the handle was broken, I don't know what other internal damage has happened to it during transit.
It's all been very frustrating, but CW is still my best choice to buy the fridge, due to freight and availability.
I feel someone from corporate should handle this issue and provide some compensation for the issue.
It should be CW's goal to sell me campers and make me a lifelong customer, I do not feel like I was treated well or fairly.
