Website easy enough to navigate. Used search function to find a cover for my Forest River R-pod, model 178. Not too many options (initially looking for ADCO brand, but didn’t find right one. Found the Classic Accessories Brand, advertised to fit front-entry 178 R-pod. It was also on clearance, which was a bonus. The negative: the item was “in my cart” overnight while I continued to try to find an ADCO cover. Next day, Camping World sent me a text/email with a $10 Off coupon code to try & encourage me to complete the purchase of the item inn the cart. Since I was unable to locate the ADCO brand cover, I decided to go ahead & take advantage of the additional coupon & purchase this one from CW (there were similar covers from other maker’s & stores on the internet). Anyway, late last night I was attempting to complete the purchase with the coupon code CW had sent me. Coupon kept failing, although I confirmed the # was entered correctly. I even signed in/out several times to try and get it to work. Opted for online chat & got “Arvee” and the AI bot. Could not make AI understand the coupon wasn’t working. Arvee said they would forward to a person for follow up. This was late Sunday night, so on Monday, I got a text chat from “Sarah”. Texted her for maybe 25-30 minutes to provide info, product info, coupon ID info… then was told a coupon does not apply to: 1) items on sale, & 2) any RV cover. She sent me a link to show me. HOWEVER, the original text/email coupon CW sent me had NO stipulations, no footnotes, no “see additional terms/conditions” in order to use it. So ready I WASTED a lot of time Sunday night in attempting to apply the coupon, & wasted up to 30 minutes this morning text chatting with Sarah. That’s the REALLY frustrating part of the purchase process. Sarah herself was fine.
