Extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from Campers World.
I ordered a keyless entry lock and a rock guard, and right from the start things went wrong. The lock I received was clearly used—it arrived scratched and packaged in a way that made it obvious there was little to no care taken in how it would reach the customer. That alone was frustrating, but it didn’t stop there.
The rock guard was also missing several parts, making it unusable. Because of these issues, I had to deal with delays, replacements, and ongoing uncertainty about when everything would actually be complete.
To their credit, the replacement lock that arrived does appear to be new, but I haven’t even installed it yet because I’m still waiting on the missing rock guard parts—which are supposedly arriving “sometime.” This entire situation disrupted our camping trip plans and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I had originally planned to purchase a washer/dryer combo from Campers World, but after this experience, I’ve lost confidence in their quality control and overall reliability. For a first purchase, this has been a very poor experience, and it’s hard to trust placing another order.
I hope they take better care in inspecting products and fulfilling orders in the future, because right now, this has been far from acceptable.
