I ordered on line to save some time. I received the email letting me know my order was ready for pickup. When I got to the counter three employees were all sitting on there stools talking, and not one of them asked if they could help me. They just kept talking, so I went to another counter and there were three employees doing the same thing. I had to interrupt there conversation to get any help. The third counter had two more employees standing around doing nothing. Not one person was actually working. I was literally the only customer in the store and EVERYBODY was too busy to help. When I finally got someone to do there job they couldn't find my order. After 5 minutes they found it but the items were not pulled yet. So I had to pickup each of the items myself. So much time was wasted with your system and lazy employees. I will not be back when I can order these items on Amazon and have them delivered to my house. And I don't have to deal with lazy incompetent people. The store was WAY over staffed and was still treated like that? NO MORE!!
