Your deceitful discount process should be condemned and the people responsible should be fired. It is purposefully deceiving. I signed up for 10% off and then it was nearly impossible to find and utilize the code. Then I sign up for $10 off with text, only to find that you can only use one discount at a time. And, since $10 looks close to 10%, my sense is that you are hoping no one notices. This is a total scam and you should be ashamed of this deceitful practice. I had to switch from my phone to a computer to buy this f-ing fan with 10% off. Finally, your website menu bars jump around for computer users and make it difficult to locate a product subcategory. When you search for a retail product on the main webpage, it says none can be found and you must use the subcategory menus. Huh? You mean you can't design a website where i put in what i want and I am taken to it? WTF? Also, I typed in the exact product i wanted into the chat bot where I assumed I would instantly get a link. Instead i got a message that said what the regular business hours are. ITS A FLIPPING CHAT BOT! I swear to god - this shit is maddening. I hope all the designers and AI lickspittle suits have this message plastered to their evaluation. All of you should be fired. It's simple - you go to a website. You find the search icon. You type in what you are looking for. You get options that match your request. You find your product. You click on the product. You then go to checkout. You then easily find the discount code and COPY AND PASTE it into your little box. You complete transaction and happily pick up product. This is what SHOULD happen. Instead, I got a shambolic assortment of competing promotions, disappearing and complicated discount codes, a hurdle ridden search process, and an obstacle course checkout process. Congratulations! This is my last visit to camping world just to get $40 off. I will stick with Amazon.
