although the delivery was late, I was kept in the loop. The pot is big, bigger than I thought it would be and it's heavy. But if I remove the lid, it's not so bad. It doesn't have the luster of my older Calphalon fry pans.

I was disappointed I could not find the products I wanted and when I called customer service I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then I gave up. The chat was also not useful and finally changed me to a person who would only chat or email. I am returning the 2 pans I bought, because they are not what I wanted.

A friend recommended these pots and pans so I’m interested to try out. Couldn’t find return policy anywhere on website so I had to email you. Haven’t heard back so I googled the answer. Seems like a hassle since every website usually clearly has a “return info” link at the bottom of pages. I also wanted to buy the premier line for two individual pots but apparently you you don’t so that. So I had to buy the whole set which is pricey. And now if I don’t like them, I’ll have to buy return shipping costs which I’m sure will be pricey for all those pieces in the set. You make it really hard to try out your product that’s for sure. I almost went for all-clad brand l creuset or Tramontini. I hope I like them.
