I have contacted Calphalon a few times now regarding the 15% off discount on sale price items and when I tried to place my first order, it wouldn’t let me get the discount or it gave me the discount, but took the sale price off, so I had to make two separate orders and I waited because I was trying to get my discount to finish placing orders. I wanted to do it all at one time but couldn’t. And the Customer service guy says you don’t get a discount on sale merchandise. Which is not true, as I did sign up for text messaging and emails to get the 15% discount code. Right now I am trying to get them to give me my 15% off discount refund or give me credit with the next purchase, but I haven’t heard back. I would hate to have to bring this to one of your news channels to show them that you do not give a discount when you sign up for Text Messages and emails and I have proof of it all. And would hate to think that you’re doing false advertising with such good merchandise that you carry.
Please get back to me. This is my third request for a reply back and you even put it in writing that you don’t give discounts on sale merchandise, which is conflicted with what you advertise on your website.
I had one Customer service guy help me with one order and it didn’t even go on my account, so I have a third order that didn’t even show up on my records. I need that moved over to my account.
I await your reply, but not too long.
