I was unable to receive the new follower discount code to my email address. I had to call customer service for assistance. But that call took less that 5 minutes in total. i was very pleased with no issues what so ever.

I have purchased from Buy Natural Skincare for a number of years, eventhing I have purchased has been great. It keeps my skin looking younger, I am the oldest of three sisters and I get mistaken for being the youngest frequently. I believe it is due to good skin care.

The strawberry rhubarb serum broke the 2nd day I had it . I dropped it and the glass shattered. I do wish the bottle was made unbreakable. Love the serum I just wish it came in another option of material

Buy Natural Skincare had all the products I wanted and shipped them right away. I've ordered twice and have been very happy both times with the fast service and sweet sample in my package. I can't say that about most of the other places I have purchased from. The order shipped and arrived in less than a week which is rare these days. I will buy from them again!

Website is fine. Only issue I have in the last year or so is that you only advertise discounts on combinations of products. And the 4th of July 25% you excluded Eminence products. I found out when I ordered that if I ordered 2 of the product I was looking at I would receive 20% off. Well that changed things. I looked in my cabinet to see what else I was low on and ordered 2 more products and got 20% and free shipping. You should advertise the multiple order of same product discount. "Buy for now and the future, don't run out discount"

It was great to find several travel kits that would work for an upcoming vacation. And it was also great to see that if I purchased two of the "starter" kits (they are actually called that, not travel kits) that I could get a twenty percent discount. This way I can bring one on my journey and leave it with my daughter who I am visiting in Amsterdam (we use same products in that set) and I can gift her the extra one when she goes back to college. I am also looking forward to giving her a starter kit for clearer skin. I will order that another time. I was also happy to see the eyecream sample kit: I've been proscratinating on buying a new eyecream (I have used Plum and Neroli serum in the past) but have always been interested in the other varieties. Looking forward to trying them in order once this hot spell passed. It may be helpful to you to know that I didn't buy additional products today when I realized tthat I wouldn't be able to use a free gift offer due to the quantity discount.

I wouldn't buy my Eminence products anywhere but from Buy Natural. When I need to speak with a Customer Service Rep, they are always friendly, courteous and above all - patient. If I have questions about a product, they are VERY knowledgeable and able to give me informed recommendations. Customer Service is the bedrock foundation of a successful organization and they exemplify the Gold Standard.

I love eminence products and have so far been very happy with Buy Natural Skincare. However, was disappointed today as I had ordered some free samples along with my purchases and I did not receive the same amount that I had ordered. There was no explanation given in the box and there was nothing online about a limit on samples. Disappointed that there wasn’t clearer communication with the team. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchases.

Frequent shopper on this website, and I know I can confidently buy authentic eminence products from Buy Natural Skin Care. Website was easy to navigate, however I do wish "peels" and "acids" weren't under the sensitive skin tab. I also wish this website would do 20% your entire order codes, at least for special holidays or events.

Ordering and receipt were straight forward enough but I'm a little confused about the samples. It was my understanding that I could choose 2 samples per order. It was also my understanding that I could additionally choose 1 sample per full size item ordered. I chose the 4 samples for my order but only received 2.

Some pages did not allow me to successfully add more than a quantity of 1 (did not show up in cart accurately). Also very difficult to check cart for accuracy without proceeding to checkout in order to check. Also not clear on how to use reward points including value.
