The website interaction was mostly good. The only problem was sometimes, using the “search” function, the letters typed in were not appearing, and no search would happen, although the cursor moved forward as though the word was being typed invisibly. This was occurring numerous times when I tried to search new items, and wished to leave an existing search or shopping section. I had a credit which paid for most of my order. Delayed ordering because I didn’t know how to use it, and directions weren’t on the credit letter. This was issued 2 years ago, so it may not be so unclear now. But simply stating to enter the “order number” on the credit, as a discount or gift card, would have made it less anxiety inducing. I was trying to find time to call the phone line during eastern standard business hours, and could not … I finally decided to just try some things, and it worked, finally. Generally I was happy with the purchase, and especially the end of season sales, except these two small areas where improvement should be easy.
