1) I ordered last week and did not sign in and it was much easier. No advantage to signing in, it made me type all of my info again so why did I bother going through resetting my password. No integration with my profile….
2) last week when I purchased as a guest was able to use PayPal but was not an option today . Why if I sign in do I have a worse experience than a guest?
3) your checkout has issues with Apple wallet. I populated my debit card and it kept giving me an error asking me to submit again. I finally entered a credit card and it worked. So let’s break it down, my preferences was PayPal, then debit and neither were available.
4) I entered two coupon codes but they did not activate but no reason provided. Were they invalid?
5) this survey made me enter my info yet again, email, purchase info, amount. You should integrate your systems to provide insights and not make the customer do the heavy lifting. Lazy voice of the customer integration.
I really think I’ll stick with Amazon
