PROS:

Company (at leas online) seems sensitive to and so,ewhat caring of clients, quite personal and respectful --- unlike most places
CONS:
I was not always as clear about tracking as I wanted to be. This was in part because I was sending presents to different people in different parts of the country and so orders were easily confused if I only quickly saw a tracking number but not a "Mail to" or name of recipient. So that took time.
Also, I sent an email when I purchase something as a gift and asked that No Receipt be put in the gift box. This was tough when ordereing because there was no "gift" option (as I recall). And I only heard back from customers service 2 weeks after I sent the email and the guft had already been received. The email was useless. Though polite, the agent said she had no idea whether my gift to my sistere had been sent with NO RECEIPT. That's kind of a useless process. It means I can't buy things online from Boscov's if it's a gift. I'd suggest working on this.
It's very helpful that you are offering a gift dor filling out the survey. It means you care, honestly and truly. I NEVER fill out these surveys because I figure it's totally unjust that I shoul dboth pay to purchase something from a company and then offer them the gift of my time carefully and honestly filling out their survey. My time is valuable and should be respected, not expected a priori.
