I purchased 2 NINJA FLIP AIRFRYERS, one for myself and one for my
daughter-in-law. Both arrived on the same day but one of the airfryers & the shipping box were damaged. I called customer service for help in returning & replacing the damaged unit. The return process would require me to submit a photo of both the box & the airfryer.I'm almost 80 and semi handicapped. The closest Boscov's is an hour away. I just wanted the rep to arrange Fed EX to pick up and return the unit. She was no help. I have to arrange for someone to take these pictures (I do not have a smart phone), box things up and drive an hour to the nearest Boscov's. I spent @ $400 dollars & am not happy with your lack of help. I've told some friends @ my experience. Needless to say, I won't be buying from Boscov's again. P.S: your rep was very nice, but could not help me with what I needed to return & replace this item.
