Had no problem with site. I would like a bigger selection of face products with a smaller price tag. I have warehouse Clarin for 20 years and love it but recently went to a Ulta and tried Bobbi Brown moisturizer with primer and love it.

I love Bobby Brown products overall and I appreciate the sales. I like the new glow stick prodcuct - works well with my skin. I wish your product was sold in stores so I could try things before purchasing. Macy's and Von MAuer no longer carry BB.

To be honest, the gift with purchase of $90 is what initially grabbed me.i usually buy bobbi at macys or ulta so this was my first time buying online. I feel like there could have been a little more of a selection but overall it was very well put together. Once again the 15% off was why I agreed to get alerts and notifications. Excellent incentives to do the things I usually dont do so I would say it's exceptionally put together.

I gave a 7 for referring others because I just don't really do that, but if someone asked or it came up in conversation I would HIGHLY recommend BB. I have loved everything I have used/purchased from BB. This was my first on-line order (b/c I'm lazy and don't want to get sucked in at a shopping mall LOL), and the website was easy to figure out. I like that it kept track of the welcome code for me. I do wish BB had a "set-it-and-forget-it" finishing spray.
