I found the site to be very user friendly. Some confusion for first time buyers about the use of the two 15% discount codes. Only one is needed, but the site tends to list both codes, but giving only one 15% discount.

I was able to find what I was looking for easily with no issue. I wasn't frustrated trying to find my rewards or adding things to my cart. I will say that when hovering over the cart/bag icon, it doesn't tell you what color/scent things are in. Only that this type of item is in your bag. You have to go to the checkout area to view your whole selection. Not a big deal.

One of my favorite purchases lately has been this SPF 15 lip balm. 💋☀️ It’s moisturizing, feels great on my lips, and I love that it adds a little sun protection at the same time. Such a simple product, but one I reach for every day. Definitely a favorite!

You have run this company into the ground since Bobbi left. You have gotten rid of every good product and either not replaced it at all or replaced it with garbage. I was simply buying what was left of one of her remaining quality products. Once it's gone, I will never visit this trash again.

The color charts for color match were a little hard to follow. Did not give colors on models to hep. I found the whole experience a bit disappointing. I only followed through with the order because of the sale.

I liked that the sales associate was there to advise me on the color of the eyebrow pencil, but unfortunately, the colors listed on the product card and the colors she mentioned were different. Apparently, she had an outdated instruction sheet. Overall, the experience was positive.

The website was easy to use as well as the checkout. It did take me a second to know where to click to get into the product.....but I figured it out. I think you should be able to click on the picture to take you to the description and other colors, etc.
