I wish there was a way to put your skin type and issues in and get recommendations. It's also frustrating when you are out of stock. I would like it if you had a place to receive an email when the product is available again so you don't have to look every few days.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a Bobbi Brown product. Reference from esthetician. Site is "good" overall. However, as a new person to the products, I am not sure of the suite of products and what I might need. Worked for me for surgical purchase, but not for overall skincare and associated product mapping.

I enjoy the aesthetic of the site but find the different moisturizer types hard to navigate. I don't want the hyarolonic (spelling)? acid in my moisturizer so I wish they were better segmented. The points system is also confusing. When can I use them, etc.? It's a bit unclear. Love your products, though.

Received email from Bobbi Brown today cancelling a product that I have had a subscription for with notice that the product was no longer available. Disappointed the email didn't include option to replace subscription with new product that replaced discontinued product. Would have saved me a lot of time.

I am dissatisfied with my first online purchase with the Bobbo Brown website. I usually get my foundation powder at Macy's but they no longer carry it. I signed up with my email to get the 15 % off and I never received the code. I called and was given a code that did not work. The response was I was already getting the best deal. I did not get a deal I was paying full price $57. I called again and was given a response that I needed to purchase the item and after the fact I would be credited. Really?

The lip gloss was fine but the eyeliner pencil was not. I was hoping for something that stayed on for a while at least but this is another pencil that smudges away to the upper eyelid or just disappears.
