I ordered the Soothing cleansing oil, and cleansing balm on Black Friday. My order was shipped promptly with samples, but I ended up getting someone else’s order delivered to my door. I opened a customer support chat, and the person that was helping me had my order reshipped. A couple days later I get a refund for one of my items without explanation. I opened another chat frustrated. The person, Nia, on the other end gave an out-of-the-box cold explanation, and upon reading my frustration kept the chat open for about 40 mins so that the feedback screen didn’t pop-up. Eventually I had to run to an appointment, and close my screen. A few days later I received another Bobbi Brown package with the wrong item in it. . . . I opened another chat, the person, Oscar, was able to empathize, and help get my order shipped again, (he even checked for an eye cream sample for me because I was enjoying the sample I received in the first incorrect order) but I still haven’t received this recent re-order/re-ship yet so who knows what will happen. Maybe there is someone else with the same name getting my items over and over again? All I know is that is has been difficult to get items I have been eagerly been waiting for.
