Site Experience FeedbackOct 10, 2025
I enjoy the amount of items, which makes items easy to select. The enhanced detail page - showing colors on different skin tones and the photo of the arms with colors/numbers/names. I'm a loyal face base, eye liner and cream sticks BB fan, ever since I became an 'adult' at age 30 :)
I mention this because although I've used Bobbi for 20 years, the awards program doesn't seem to benefit me - annually, I stay on the 1st level and my points expire. I couldn't describe the details or benefits - which also says something.
Similarly, promos are confusing. They are via online shopping links, or credit cards, or emails, + site discounts...it's unclear which one is better and I don't believe you have option to select which one you use...this leads to feeling of unease and can lower trust.
And with the macro environment, I think there is going to be a shift - folks may shift to simplifying and reducing consumption...to spending with companies that are in relationship and aligned to their values. Customer loyalty will be based on trust and authenticity.
Have you considered developing a loyalty program based on relationship and trust? The program focuses on her - length of time being a BB Girl vs. based on annual spend. You could award her with special gift at key milestones? Decade birthdays, actual bdays - helping educate on how face and skin needs change.
I'm sure you know the stats - the number of single woman and declines in marriage - but I don't know who recognizes that for us, we won't be celebrated again, until our funeral. Why not send her a cream when she turns 50?
