Online shopping at your website is easy. The web design is very good. I have been using your products for over 10 years. I really like the facial cleansing oil. I think shopping with you is nice and easy. The only thing I would like to suggest is to add digital payment options such as Apple Pay or PayPal. Right now, your delivery to me is via Canada Post, which is wonderful. I never have to worry about anything.

You discontinued my favourite product with your company: the under eye corrector, full coverage in a compact in light bisque. I use it every day. I'm using a different shade for the summer but light bisque is my usual. The stick version doesn't have enough coverage. I only bought it in case you discontinue that one too. Extremely disappointed because I need to find a new product to replace it. Each time I love a cosmetic product it gets discontinued and I am very dishearted.

I wanted to purchase the serum foundation which I have used for the last few years. I tried to order it and had trouble with the website. I reported it to customer service who said they would report it today I called and found out it had been discontinued, but it never says discontinued on the website, which could’ve saved me a long time in searching. I am very disappointed in the Long Wear Cream liner stick. The pointed end of it broke off so i can't use the rest of the liner because it's too thick. This happened after only a few uses. I wasn't overly happy with it to begin with. And was so disappointed that you had discontinued yet another of my favourite products: Long Wear Cream Shadow & Kohl Liner. I loved that duo and the kohl liner was easy to use and gave me exactly the look I wanted.
