Truly appreciate the 25% sitewide promo. It would be nice to have samples upon checkout and rewards for returning customers. It's important to provide acknowlegement/benefits for the customers who return, the beauty industry is competitive and there are lots of options and alternatives to try.

I am very disappointed in the Long Wear Cream liner stick. The pointed end of it broke off so i can't use the rest of the liner because it's too thick. This happened after only a few uses. I wasn't overly happy with it to begin with. And was so disappointed that you had discontinued yet another of my favourite products: Long Wear Cream Shadow & Kohl Liner. I loved that duo and the kohl liner was easy to use and gave me exactly the look I wanted.

Have used Bobbi Brown for years and love everything I have purchase. I was on vacation 25 years ago and had my make up done for the first time at Bobbi brown counter in NY love the classic simplicity and always order on line to take advantage of the promos and sales ! Any issue I have rec’d assistance

Wanted to purchase more products like the prefectly defined gel eyeliner in gray but it was not listed and also the vanilla and bone Long wear eye shadow sticks and the cream corrector in light beige but all of these were out of stock so I bought the long wear cream eye shadow sticks from Shoppers Drug Mart. I still am looking to out the other items but the Canadian site says it should ship in 1 to 3 weeks but I don’t see that occurring because it has been 2 weeks and lots of items are still showing out of stock. I want to support Bobbi Brown but they need to get the Canadian site showing stock is available or customers will have to purchase the products elsewhere. I can’t imagine how much money has been lost as customers look elsewhere to purchase Bobbi Brown products because the website shows most items out of stock.

J’ai réussi à passer ma 1ere commande avec ma carte de crédit visa . Lors de ma 2e on me dit que la carte n’est pas bonne pourtant c’est la même carte . Vous avez envoyé un courriel pour me dire que à cause de ça ma commande a été annulé mais 10 jours et plus après . Conclusion: vous avez un mauvais traitement des commandes en lignes

I ordered a few days ago. Applied a WELCOME15 code. It worked. Then my credit card declined. So I called customer service and after a while of waiting the girl finally said not to worry and that the order went through. Now I get an email saying it didn’t. So, I ordered again and didn’t get the discount. Wow. Very disappointed. I tried and it didn’t work. I feel like I deserve the 15% off.

I’ve used Bobby Brown for over 30 years. Love the product. I can no longer get it locally in Edmonton alberta Canada so I cannot try new colours /products and it’s too inconvenient to guess what would look on my complexion ( then do a postal return if the item doesn’t look good ) . I wish I could be used as a customer that samples are provided to .

The package was so plain compared to other stores I order from - just the 3 items in a small brown cardboard enveloppe. No notes, samples, nothing... Just disappointing. And the colors of the eyeshadow pencils are weird. Bronze has pink glitter in it - why? Golden bronze seems like there is a bit of silver in it - not golden at all - again why? Not what I was expecting at all. I'm very disappointed. Plus it took a long time to get here. Overall, my experience wasn't convincing for a first one.

The product is not nearly as good as the original Bobby Brown hydrating cream. It doesn’t feel as good on the skin and I don’t feel like it does as good job. . I just have to get through this so I can go back to my regular product.

3 items delivered out of 7. Apple express couriers dropped my package at my porch and left without ringing the bell. Items either stolen or not packed. No invoice slip. Box not taped and clearly tapered with. Still waiting for resolution day 3

I was disappointed that the moisture cream refill wasn't on sale, so was not prepared to pay double. And, I continue to be frustrated that you discontinue some of my favourite products, like the long wear cream shadow and kohl liner duo.
