The package was so plain compared to other stores I order from - just the 3 items in a small brown cardboard enveloppe. No notes, samples, nothing... Just disappointing. And the colors of the eyeshadow pencils are weird. Bronze has pink glitter in it - why? Golden bronze seems like there is a bit of silver in it - not golden at all - again why? Not what I was expecting at all. I'm very disappointed. Plus it took a long time to get here. Overall, my experience wasn't convincing for a first one.

The product is not nearly as good as the original Bobby Brown hydrating cream. It doesn’t feel as good on the skin and I don’t feel like it does as good job. . I just have to get through this so I can go back to my regular product.

my order before I was supposed to get a brush as an free offer and BB never sent it to me. I was told they would send it when they had it in stock.....but NEVER got it. so I'm not happy about that. I wont lie, I only looked at the bobbi brown website because the item I wanted was sold out at Sephora. I am glad I did as the item I was looking for was actually on sale. unfortunately there was an issue with payment from the mobile site but I was able to get to a desktop to proceed with my purchase.
