I looked all over for the perfect lamps, then saw an ad with the ones I purchased, and on sale!! I absolutely love them! I have made purchases through Black Forest years ago and loved everything I have ever ordered, and I actually forgot about Black Forest. Glad I saw the ad! The prices are quite high, but the product doesn't disappoint. I was buying too much, and had to discipline myself to stop years ago.

Return policy-returns not covered. Even when I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and corrected it by placing an order for the correct item. They would not cover the return postage. I order a lot from Black Forest and will no longer place orders. If they can’t flex for a good customer I will do business with people who value my business.
