very disappointed that a beautful lamp would have so many defects! Not just one order, but also the second! Found out from customer service, it was a bad batch of these lamps! Things happen, but where was the quality control? Right now not sure I could recommend them. A shame because of such nice matching products. Customer Service was good, not their fault. Hope things get better!

I had the misconception that towel rings were all a standard size so I ordered one without researching that belief and the towel ring was simply too small. It also was very heavy and I did not like the look of it. So I wanted a return label but Erica was blunt and unwilling to extend any courtesy. She offered a return flat rate label that I could purchase for $30.00 to return my purchase of $24.95. It really seemed like a sarcastic gesture. My comments are not about the product but about the poor customer service.

The delivery came in on time. However, the box it was delivered in was flimsy and one side ofit was crushed . Inside packaging was poor. I have had nothing but problems with Fed Ex in recent years. Personally I refuse to use them anymore and my experience with them will influence which merchants I will buy from. The poduct fortunately was not damaged but the quality was less than what I expected. Nice design but materials used for the lamp stand are cheap.

You could separate Clearance from Sale and sort that way. More info about product would be nice too... Like in USB charge vs battery vs plug in wall. Have ordered before and really like the product quality!

The only issue I have is in shipping, I have a Post Office Box and your form won't accept that. The Post Office requires this to identify me. Fhey know me and i received my package but will need a place for a PO Box #
