We were hoping to purchase a wood, animal sculpture in NH or ME; however, we live in Boston and just haven’t made it there yet. While searching online, we spotted this the 3 Bears in a tree and thought it to be perfect. I was very excited to see it so I was happy the tracking info stated delivery was expected in just 6 days. We love and admired the texture and detail of the cubs so much, we chose a closer tree stump to display it (w/spotlight). This was a Great Buy!

I’m pleased that every order with Black Forest is quality merchandise. I love the “outdoor” themes although I am not much into “bears” any longer. I do like “nature”, “birds” and “cabin” items and items that celebrate America and history (I.e. the Blacksmith silverware).

My issue is with FedEx’s delivery performance. The website and tracking information is useless…not updated. My carpet was delivered ahead of the last communications planned delivery date which did not change for several days. As a result the product was outside for two days. A very inconvenient surprise. Tracking information is useless if not maintained and up to date.

I loved the bedspread and decorative pillows. They look as good in person as they do online. The size of the queen bedspread was nice, hanging down far enough to cover the mattress. The bedspread is somewhat lightweight. It's perfect for now, but I think in winter I'll put another blanket underneath it for warmth.

Trying to check out on my phone was impossible, time consuming, and frustrating. I had to start over on my laptop. It didn't show me the American Express was one of the cards I had previously loaded. I tried to enter a new card and couldn't, second try said there was a zip code error, then wouldn't show it to me. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr! On my laptop, I didn't see the prompt for the free shipping, had to go back to attempted order on my phone to get it.

Overall, couches, loveseats ottomans, large rugs, credenza’s and end tables are excellent quality, but took FOREVER to get them all were late. Lamps, lights, rugs, house hold furnishings were all of disappointing quality, seemed very cheap and well below my expectations for a company with your reputation. You would be better off offering fewer, items of high quality, than some of the bathroom accessories, toilet paper holders, light face plates all were broken when we got them or broke while being installed. I bought the bear paper towel holder and was very disappointed that you have to unscrew the holder to put another roll on. The holder is very flimsy when you screw it back in and I have to turn in many times to get it to be somewhat secure
