Reached out a few days ago from your online form with questions. Didn't hear from anyone. Decided to purchase today. Site doesn't work properly on Chrome and I couldn't check out. Finally checked out through Safari. I met someone who has a pair of your earring studs and they were just gorgeous or I wouldn't have been so persistent. Don't know what the special ear back is but I think I'm getting them - couldn't tell if there was a fee or not a fee. Hope the earring sits properly on my ear because I want a lower profile flat-type setting. Don't know if this describes the studs I purchased but we'll find out when they arrive
