I found a company that makes spa cover skins, and ordered one. Due to the intricate measurement requests, I knew that they probably knew what they were doing so I ordered one. They actually followed up to call me to verify measurements and details before they started making it. The cover arrived quickly and is custom made... It fits perfectly it looks like my original cover!

Very positive but I do not understand why the middle panel cannot also be tapered. It is the panel that collects the most standing rain, snow, etc. and fails first due to bending/breaking.

I ordered the FedEx style spa cover because I felt that delivery option was easier than a freight delivery. It arrived well packaged in perfect condition. I was able to assemble the spa cover in one hour, and another half hour to re-attach the Cover Mate 3 cover lift. The cover fits well and looks nice.

overall good experience, but I had to call for clarification because I was ordering replacement foam for one panel. This led to question on whether the there would be two or four rounded corners. Also, the video indicated I should measure the entire hot tub instead of the panel. Clarification on these issues will improve the site.
