There products are very nice. I have ordered a lot of things from them over the years. Never had to return anything. The pillow covers is very nice but the pillow is too flat so I put in a thicker pillow in the pillow cover. I'm glad it has a zipper. Fast shipping.

The item I ordered was delivered by Federal Express to a home address that was 3.5 miles from my home. Fortunately my brother works for Fed Ex and was able to get me in touch with the people who lived in the home where my order was delivered and I had to drive there and pick it up. Because it was a Sunday, there was no customer support at Bella Coastal

We recently bought a beach home and have been purchasing many items from Bella Coastal. We continuously see eagles, pelicans and deer on our property. We wanted a piece of pelican artwork to hang on our garage and jumped at the chance to buy this stainless steel pelican in flight. It arrived wonderfully packaged. But…My husband says it is too beautiful to hang outside, and could get damaged by the blustery weather, so we are putting it in our front hallway. The search goes on for another piece for the garage.

I had a positive experience with Bella Coastal. It was my first purchase ever from them. They shipped all but one item from my order, and contacted me promptly that it was out of stock and that I could either wait or get refunded. I chose to wait, and will see when it gets here in about a month. I received all the rest of my items promptly, on time and securely packaged. The items I received were great and good quality, and I was happy with my purchase. The customer service seemed nice and helpful. I would recommend Bella Coastal to others.

We ordered a duvet cover and a couple of whitewashed pillows. The cover as shown on the website was a sea blue and the pillows looked to be a complimentary color. Unfortunately, the cover is much more "sea green" making the pillows clash and unusable. The customer service was excellent but we were disappointed in the final purchase.
