I ordered 3 Pictures. They are of verypoor quality of material, very poor wicker work,very poor quality material used for framing.They look cheap. They weren't cheap. They were poorly made. I must ship back at my expense & have already paid to have them shipped to me. When I first looked at these items online, I had to have them and I’m sad that there’s no light switch that cover that was discontinued. The shipping box that made it to our home from the west coast was in very bad shape. The styrofoam inside the box ws broken up to the point where we thought the sculpture was damaged. The box had several places where the sculpture had smashed into the sides. The packing of the sculpture needs to improved significantly for long shipments from California to the East Coast. We were fortunate enough that when the sculpture was unpacked it was undamaged. This was an $1100 sculpture. I would have expected better care in packing. Next time you may not be so fortunate and have to reimburse your customer...
