I was very disappointed that Bella Coastal does not give a return label without having to purchase it for $60. I had no idea that sending it back by UPS would be even more expensive. I think it was over $75.00. I should have kept the item for that kind of money. I will think twice about ordering again since other online stores have easier returns with free shipping labels.

I will never order from you again. I made a purchase from on Aug 3,f for my friend’s Aug 9 birthday. Product info said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. Now that tracking says Aug 17 I’m furious and embarrassed because you absolutely lied about the delivery date. Horrible service!!!

Never had an issue with delivery of anything I've ordered from here. Concerning this product it's advertised as gray. I'm not color blind. I didn't think it looked gray online but decided to chance it. It's not gray. It's more blue tinted. I'm not 100% happy with it but it's good enough. I have a picture to show but this survey won't allow pictures. 🤷♀️

The item I ordered was delivered by Federal Express to a home address that was 3.5 miles from my home. Fortunately my brother works for Fed Ex and was able to get me in touch with the people who lived in the home where my order was delivered and I had to drive there and pick it up.
