I absolutely loved the beauty and crap membership of the products that I ordered… The problem is when it got here one of the crabs legs was broken, I’m just gonna glue it, probably in delivery It was broken. But I am concerned about ordering any more products because I’m not sure what condition I would get them in. like I said, they are beautiful and I just plan on gluing it!

I had been looking for coastal themed artwork and found the perfect pieces. The only problem is that there are marks on the inside of the glass and they can’t be taken apart to be cleaned.

We ordered a duvet cover and a couple of whitewashed pillows. The cover as shown on the website was a sea blue and the pillows looked to be a complimentary color. Unfortunately, the cover is much more "sea green" making the pillows clash and unusable. The customer service was excellent but we were disappointed in the final purchase.

Was skeptical at first to order this item because of negative reviews online. But I kept returning to it because it was perfect for my guestroom. Decided to take a chance with it and am glad I did. Quality was better than expected and looked even better than the picture. Packaging was done with care. So far very happy, hoping it stays that way!

I really like the lamps I bought with the exception of the electrical cord. Instead of it being inside the lamp it is outside and just lays against the lamp. Kind of lame if you ask me, but I put a small piece of scotch tape against the cord to keep it in place behind the lamp.

I ordered the Nautical Boat Wall Shelf on Facebook. The product arrived on time but with paint scuffs on the top and bottom and the metal tips were slightly bent at both ends. I hung the shelf anyway and was very pleased with its appearance, so much so that I decided to purchase another shelf for the other side of the window. This time I went on Bella Coastal's website to place the order. The product arrived in perfect condition - no paint flaws or assembly defects. I would highly recommend Bella Coastal but ordering through their website, not on social media. I suspect social media orders are fulfilled with somewhat inferior or returned product.

I love all the great coastal items I have purchased this past year to furnish my new beach side condo. Even if I needed to return an item, they have been exceptional with returns. I highly recommend their products. I only wish my home was larger so I could buy more!

I have purchased before and was happy with the product. I ordered the stair treds thinking I could peel and stick. Not the case this would be extremely dangerous to install. I think you need to make this clear to customers that you need to buy extra material to install. Not to mention return was not free. I was not happy with being mislead and then losing time and money on this order. I get you are not amazon but need to make descriptions much better.

The quilt is a lot thinner than I expected. Seems not very warm. I may be returning this so not sure I can recommend them yet. It was my first purchase.

I ordered a product and was sent the wrong one. I contacted Customer Support to advise them of the issue and I received an immediate response apologizing for the error and letting me know they were opening a claim. I received an email from the claims department requesting I send a picture of the incorrect item which I did the same day (Friday, 7/17). I’m waiting to hear back.
