I had a very hard time navigating the web page. After I made a selection, it would go back to being of page. Very frustrating. Jump back and forth from Coastal to Country. Web site needs work. Almost left site.

Bella Coastal truly exceeded my expectations. The quality of the item was excellent. I was prepared to wait a few weeks for the delivery of my new flamingo comforter set, but it actually arrived in 2-3 days. That is the kind of service that keeps me ready to order again when I see something that I like.

Excessively overpriced poor quality. I had to pay $26.50 to return. Better to lose that than the entire amount. Will think twice before I hit pay now. They may have received the return shipping cost, but they lost a customer.

I ordered 3 Pictures. They are of verypoor quality of material, very poor wicker work,very poor quality material used for framing.They look cheap. They weren't cheap. They were poorly made. I must ship back at my expense & have already paid to have them shipped to me. I am out all shipping expenses on their poor quality items.I"ve learned my lesson.Bella Coastal will not be receiving ANY further orders from me. I have been a customer for several years.

When I first looked at these items online, I had to have them and I’m sad that there’s no light switch that cover that was discontinued. However, I ordered a different one so it’s going to do just fine and when the product got here, I did not realize how good the quality is how wonderful the pricing was. It popped my room so well I love it so much and yes, I’ve already referred it to a few of my friends!!!!

The shipping box that made it to our home from the west coast was in very bad shape. The styrofoam inside the box ws broken up to the point where we thought the sculpture was damaged. The box had several places where the sculpture had smashed into the sides. The packing of the sculpture needs to improved significantly for long shipments from California to the East Coast. We were fortunate enough that when the sculpture was unpacked it was undamaged. This was an $1100 sculpture. I would have expected better care in packing. Next time you may not be so fortunate and have to reimburse your customer...

I initially purchased what appeared to be a 3 piece bath set from Bella coastal thru Amazon It advertisedtissue box cover,bathroom tools. I received only a tissue cover at a price $10 over the price advertised for a tissue cover alone. By the time I was informed that my initial order did not include the matching cup and toothbrush holder , only the cup was available,the toothbrush holder was out of stock. I ordered the cup directly through Bella coastal and have not yet received it , though it is paid for. So overall, while the quality of the product is fine , the service has been deplorable

I am very pleased with this outdoor wall decoration. It is well-made, attractive, and adds a beautiful touch to my outdoor space. The colors and design are lovely, and it was easy to hang. It has enhanced the appearance of my patio and receives many compliments. I highly recommend it!

I contacted your company as I received an email that looked like the bed set was being mailed. I had already received the bed set and was concerned that if they mailed it a second time, it would end up costing the company return postage for a very large box. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the customer service.

I was so excited to find this pillow online. It's exactly what I was looking for. It was finally delivered after over 2 weeks - I was shocked to see how poorly it was packed and the box it was in was basically destroyed. I took pictures in case the pillow was damaged. I opened it and it's wrapped in plastic. Took it out of the plastic and it smells awful!!!!! I tried airing it outside but it doesn't seem to be helping. I can't believe I paid $60 for this pillow - $76 total with shipping. Terrible.

I was excited when it was delivered because I had ordered one just like it several years ago and gave it away to someone who liked it. I could not find another shower curtain that I liked, so I ordered this curtain again. The curtain was damaged. There was a separation in the curtain; the material was NOT completely separated; however, the colors separated and there was white material in between the colors.
