I absolutely love Bella Coastal! They truly have anything and everything you could want for coastal decorating. From sand dollars and crabs to shorebirds, shells, and all things beach life, there is always something that fits exactly what I’m looking for. I live on an island just a mile from the beach, and my entire home is decorated in a coastal style, so Bella Coastal has become my go-to place for beach décor. I love how much variety they have and how easy it is to find pieces that feel perfect for island living. I could seriously browse their website forever!

I have ordered a lot from Bella Coastal since I discovered them. One seagrass table took months to receive, but I was called and given the option to wait or cancel. I chose to wait, and when I received the table I was very pleased. I bought metal artwork and one piece had many rust spots. They believed me and refunded my money. Bella Coastal is one of my favorite shopping discoveries because their items are so unique. Their driftwood art, metal artwork, hand made tables, woven coaster artwork set are now being enjoyed in my home.

I was most impressed by the customer service of Bella Coastal. I was supposed to receive free shipping but they still charged me $16. I sent an email about the charge and within a few hours, they responded to my email and returned my shipping fee.

The lamp and 2 blue crab toilet paper holders arrived in perfect shape. You hold the world record for the most secured packing for items that come in a box. The pillow arrived today and the plastic package was torn so the pillow was exposed to our rainy weather. Kind of disappointing in what was another great shopping experience with your great company.

I ordered the lamps directly from your company because of the statement hassle free return. The description of the lamps didn’t include the diameter of the base. When I received it, it was determined to be too big for my bed side tables. After receiving an email to contact your company for a $30 return label, I contacted the department and was told the lamps were to large and it would cost $80 plus for each lamp to be returned. That is more than I paid for the lamps. I will not return them. I WILL Not ever order nor recommend your company to anyone. Poor customer service.

The lamp and 2 blue crab toilet paper holders arrived in perfect shape. You hold the world record for the most secured packing for items that come in a box. The pillow arrived today and the plastic package was torn so the pillow was exposed to our rainy weather. Kind of disappointing in what was another great shopping experience with your great company.

I didn’t receive item imaged on website that I purchased. I emailed customer service, than left phone message. Received a call back 3 days later and they asked for pictures and sent them. Was told they were checking wearhouse and that was the last communication. Would like to return and receive full refund for sending wrong item

I ordered the lamps directly from your company because of the statement hassle free return. The description of the lamps didn’t include the diameter of the base. When I received it, it was determined to be too big for my bed side tables. After receiving an email to contact your company for a $30 return label, I contacted the department and was told the lamps were to large and it would cost $80 plus for each lamp to be returned. That is more than I paid for the lamps. I will not return them. I WILL Not ever order nor recommend your company to anyone. Poor customer service.
