The cordless Dyson vacuum had sat on the counter for weeks because the battery had worn out after 5 years. I checked the "Big Box "stores, but no one carried the needed replacement part, then I went to the internet and found Battery Mart, which carried the battery I needed. Three days later, and during Christmas week, I received my battery replacement. I was so pleased that it was fully charged and ready to go.

Battery Mart did fine on their part, shipped in timely manner, the only problem was with FedEx shipping method. It arrived at their facility and sat there for 7 days, they showed on their tracking site was out for delivery that day by 8:00 pm, when that time came never got it. It showed on their site it was back to where it was supposed to have been shipped. I would call them they just keep putting me off promised I would receive it the next day which never happened. Contacted Battery Mart about it said the one time they would check it out and call me back,but they never did. I contacted Battery Mart again they said they would check into it to see what was going on. That same evening I received it from FedEx, and they left it in usps mail box instead of bringing to my house. If I make another purchase from Battery Mart and they use FedEx I will cancel or not order from them if they use their service I have and most of my neighbors has problems with their service.
