I am consistently satisfied with my hand soap purchases at Bath & Body works. You would think since the hand soap is the thing that I buy there that I would just buy it at my normal grocery store, but the gentleness of the foam, the scents, and the deals are unbeatable. I really appreciate the care they put into making their product attractive, and the care they put into their store and their online account as well.

I would recommend bath and body works in store for certain items i ordered online and they said it was available in sgock but later they sent an email stating some of the items are out of stock, theres misleading info in their site, they need to put the items they have out of stock when they are so i dont have to waste time shopping and expecting something i womt be receiving, also you guys dont send coupons anymore like you used to send years ago.

I ordered 5 , 3 wick candles. I have opened 3, 1 of them being a gift. One was broken around the edges, althoughit seems it was packed safely enough. I have pictures of the broken one.
