I would recommend bath and body works in store for certain items i ordered online and they said it was available in sgock but later they sent an email stating some of the items are out of stock, theres misleading info in their site, they need to put the items they have out of stock when they are so i dont have to waste time shopping and expecting something i womt be receiving, also you guys dont send coupons anymore like you used to send years ago.

I ordered 5 , 3 wick candles. I have opened 3, 1 of them being a gift. One was broken around the edges, althoughit seems it was packed safely enough. I have pictures of the broken one.

I love shopping at Bath & Body Works in my opinion the sensor on matched and you have some of my favorites they're always in stock. The sales give the opportunity for a great value so I can stock up for up to a year and not have to worry about it. The online and shipping is always fantastic typically always arriving sooner than expected. Most other times product packaging has been great though this time the $100 worth of soap that I purchased was just thrown into a bag with no protection for each of the soap bottles. Two of them leaked one of which half of the bottle is now gone. So this lack of care for shipping was very disappointing to see.

I spent a lot of money I know a lot of people do but I was really sick during COVID and going through chemo. I lost my hair and teeth. I had a ton of hand sanitizer soaps and candles and body washes. Today I am in remission feeling better. Noticed a sale was going on and my account was gone. So I was a valued customer when I was spending tons of money but when I was sick and couldn’t buy a lot my account got frozen or something I had to re sign up for the points which I’m positive I have had used the points system before. Just super disappointed.
