The Back Be Nimble really helps to keep the back happier while sitting on a recliner and car seat. (Most recliners are not the right size and curve in the wrong places, and car seats are inherently bad for the back.) This really helps:):)

I bought two “Back Be Nimbles,” one for my car and one for my recliner. All recliners are poorly designed and definitely not designed for women. This helps provide the back support humans need to help avoid back pain:) I have spent so much on different recliners and not found one that works, but now I can use the Back Be Nimble and keep the recliner I have. As for my car, I didn’t have a car for years because of back pain. I still struggle, but have had a car again. This has really helped with the pain. (Car seats are also TERRIBLY designed.) This has helped provide thoracic spine support and support for my ribs which is so much more important than lumbar support.
