I prefer to order from a catalog, online is not my perfect choice but rather my only choice. I am at the mercy of whomever fills my order to make sure I get a new campaign booklet sent to me in my previous order. The last order received I indicated to send me a new book but one was not in my order. The rep I call at customer service said I did not indicate the need for a new book. This is not correct and I do not think arguing with the customer is a good practice. Today, I removed my past Rep Maria Sobczak since I do not feel a rep should receive credit or any percentage of my purchase price for doing absolutely nothing. I had sent a complaint email hoping she would follow up on my issue, but I did not receive any response from her. Her loss, I removed her as my Rep. I can read, follow directions, place my own orders online. What do I need a rep for. I can call customer service myself. She has not given me any meaningful customer service. I have used Avon products off n' on for over 40 years. When I get my order sent to me buried under shredded cardboard box filling, its time to draw the line and complain. My last order, that did not contain a book, a 60+ $ order was buried under (looked like) shredded cardboard box. I had to wipe shredding, dust, etc. off every item before I could match it to my order form. Yuck! This is not the caliber I remember from Avon.
