The website was easy to use. The PROBLEM was with checkout. I received the information that there was a problem with my credit card at least 4 times. I know there is not a problem with my card. I finally tried a different card and received the same message. However, my credit card notified me that it had been used for an online purchase, even when the website had not accepted my order. I called customer service, and a person whose first language is not English attempted to help me. All he could offer was that there was a problem with my credit card and that I should call my credit card company. There was no record of my order with Avon. I did call my credit card company, and the problem was not with my credit card. The Avon website had immediately cancelled the charge every time I put in my credit card information. This is all very frustrating. I attempted one more time, and finally my order was accepted with the same credit card I had tried initially. This was not a pleasant online shopping experience.
