Site Experience FeedbackMar 12, 2026
It is frustrating that products that some products are available in litre format and some don't. Previously (before the company was bought by Estee Lauder), most if not all were available is several formats. Also, when I first tried to order, I couldn't change my address to a Canadian one, even after logging into my account afterwards. I had to start all over and logged into my account as soon as I opened the website, which seemed to help.
I also have noted the lack of transparency about the ingredients that have changed over the years. It's just super disappointed (as I'm sure you're aware from the many, many comments and reviews you've gotten from disappointed customers). I return to Aveda because I have grown accustomed to the scents, but I too have noticed a difference. Once I have time to shop around and research some more, I plan on leaving as an Aveda customer after 20-25+ years. At these prices, it simply is no longer justifiable. And finally, I find it appalling that the owner of Estee Lauder is overtly politically aligned with a US political party. It's not so much which party (which I definitely don't align with personally), but moreso the fact the fact that the company has chosen to get involved in politics in the first place. Seriously, this boat is sinking and I hope you will review your practices, formulas and product sizes at some point. Perhaps you're still making a lot of profit, but you have been losing customers and disappointing a large number of loyal customers. At some point it feels like you're laughing at us...
