Frustrated that I could not successfully remove the complimentary pumps; this appears as an option to remove, but the function never worked. I appreciated it as an option since we opt for less plastic, and hope this glitch gets fixed.

I am excited to purchase the Texture Tonic that was introduced to me by my Aveda stylist, but all the other products that I have loved and been using for 20+ years have changed formulations and no longer work for my hair. So I can no longer purchase those products and it is super frustrating to try to find new substitutes. I wish you, Aveda, would leave the formulations alone!! These other products worked great in the past and now the changed formulations have ruined them. I am now down to just this one product and the candles.

I split my order into 2 purchases to maximize the samples, as they are PERFECT for traveling with. To reduce costs and materials, I would love to see the free samples be more towards something like '4 free samples with every $X spent' versus '4 free samples with overs over $x' I feel guilty for the additional order, but not enough to impact my purchasing behavior ;)
