I think it was fairly easy. :) I have no issues. I came here specifically for the Comfort tea, and also happened to pick up some body oil. I was happy to read about the fragrance. I'd like to see newer reviews.

I went online to look for my cleanser, but I couldn’t find the exact one. I found something comparable, so I decided I should call the local store to see if they still made the product. I was also looking for a lip balm that I’d purchased before that also plumps. I wasn’t able to find the items online. Online said the local store was temporarily closed. I thought it was a mistake so I called the number anyways and the number is no longer in service. I also had no way to look at the variety of options I should have had to choose from for my free rewards. This overall was a very disappointing experience.

My salon uses AVEDA, I have been using Redkin and other products. Purchased AVEDA (on sale) from Meijer and now my hair wants AVEDA …my son likes it too so I have to supply him. Didn’t want to buy from Amazon due to quality concerns.

The site is very slow. Not clear if the hair quiz applies to me as normal heterosexual man? Were the products recommended for men? Seems like an emphasis on non-nor mal hair types. The website is fine, but I'm still angry over losing all of my loyalty points with no notice. I had thousands I'd been accumulating over the years and all of a sudden they were gone. Apparently they expire but I had no idea and was given no warning.
