I wish there was a search bar. I knew what I wanted but spent a lot of time looking for it instead of just typing in what I wanted and have the site bring me to that item. I also don't want to be charged for shipping when I am buying a luxury product.

I called the 800 Rewards line. I had a birthday in May and did not receive notice of free birthday gift. I was online for over 16 minutes and finally received a code for a birthday gift and double points; however, it does not show in my order. Coupon code showed free shipping. I wasn't done with my questions and the agent kept trying to end the call and I had to say wait...I have another question. Very disappointed in service and rewards. My last order, I tried to redeem rewards points and it took my points, but did not give me my discount off my order which is what I chose. I had to call to get points back.

Although it would be a lot of work to do this because I have found that all Aveda products can be mixed and matched to use together, it would be helpful to know which ones work best together and what order you should apply each product it. Currently, each product only has usage details for items in the same collection.

I love Aveda products, but your website is INSANELY annoying to use. Items don't stay in the cart, I had to go through the checkout process three separate times because it kept glitching, and I still can't tell if the complimentary pump was actually included in my order because it never showed up in my cart. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. If the nearest Aveda salon wasn't 45 minutes away, I wouldn't even bother to buy my products online.
